In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of the leading air travel apps in Germany showcased distinct trends in downloads and active user engagement, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker saw a notable fluctuation in weekly downloads, beginning at around 33K and dropping to nearly 13K by mid-November. However, downloads surged to approximately 43K in the week of December 23. Weekly active users for this app experienced a decline from 1.1M to about 671K, but rebounded to over 1.25M in the same December week.

Lufthansa maintained a steady download rate, starting at 26K and gradually decreasing to 14K by the end of the quarter. Its weekly active users showed a dynamic pattern, peaking at 336K mid-December before closing the quarter at 317K.
